As a second generation Italian-American, I have a great appreciation for the immigrant experience, genealogy and the history of immigration in the United States. I have practiced immigration law since 1990 and have had my solo practice since 2000. My office handles all manner of immigration cases including employment and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, orphan & adoption-based immigration, adjustment of status applications, consular processing, naturalization, derivative citizenship, removal defense, waivers for individuals with J-1 status, and waiver applications for other grounds of inadmissibility including fraud, criminal offenses, unlawful presence and health related factors.
I have been an adjunct professor of immigration law at New York Law School. I was a co-director of the law school's Safe Passage Immigration Project (focusing on special immigrant juvenile cases) from 2007 to 2012. I also have served as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies department of Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York and as a visiting adjunct professor at ADA Academy (university) in Baku, Azerbaijan.
My hobbies include travel, cooking, improv, stand up comedy, family history/genealogy and writing short stories. I am an avid collector of immigration-related films!

Review for Lindsay Anne Curcio, Attorney.
She was recommended to us as we were hiring an executive of Chinese Origin for our international business based in NYC. Lindsay was immediately responsive, very knowledgeable and a trustworthy lawyer who provided us with comprehensive documentation for a speedy and successful resolution of our immig...
"Top notch. Lindsay is a very dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate immigration lawyer, and a wonderful person. Very highly recommended!"
"Lindsay and I have served together on innumerable committees, and I trust her judgment - as a lawyer and as a human being. She is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, dedicated and a passionate and compassionate advocate for her clients."
"Lindsay taught me most of what I needed to know to start my career in immigration law when I was a student in her class at New York Law School. As I have grown as an immigration attorney in the New York legal community, Lindsay has continued to be a resource and mentor. Her seemingly limitless knowledge is matched only by her enthusiasm for her work."
"I have known Lindsay since 1997, when we both practiced at the same firm. She is not only a dear friend.and valued colleague but a constant source of wisdom and guidance - legal, ethical, and interpersonal. As solos, we often need to discuss the more complex issue to gain clarity - Lindsay is the person I count on for those discussions of the most difficult and complicated legal questions. She has my highest recommendation."
