Biography
Former Senior Assistant District Attorney, highly experienced litigator having successfully tried serious felonies, DWIs, misdemeanors, divorces, family law, personal injury, traffic tickets and small claims cases.
I was born and raised on Long Island and first came to the Southern Tier in 1992 when I attended Binghamton University. After graduating I attended St. John's University School of Law. After receiving my Juris Doctorate and passing the NY State Bar I began working as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn where I represented the People of Kings County for 5 1/2 years. I then went to work for an insurance defense firm on Wall Street for 2 years and the Nassau County District Attorney for 1 1/2 years before getting married and moving back to Broome County. I have since opened my own firm with 2 other partners and have found this to be a wonderful place to practice law and to live with my wife and 2 sons.
