Ben was very helpful with my case. I came to him after an unpleasant divorce which involved a restraint order and then supervised visits. These visits were about to be looked at for the possibility of unsupervised and overnight which I thought would be harmful for my Son. Ben helped me to bring fo...rth the information to my Son's Law guardian and the Judge to establish continued supervised visits. Ben is amazing... I was facing some serious felony charges with state prison sentences. I was given a public defender at first who I did not feel any confidence in at all.. I did lot of research on the internet searching for an attorney after my wife filed for divorce, and at this time there was very little information to go on.
