Ben is phenomenal. He is someone you want on your side. He handled my divorce and custody case. He was straightforward, attentive and listened to my concerns, responsive when I sent him questions, and helped me develop several strategies to ensure my best interests were being represented. He was able to get me everything I wanted (full custody) and even things I didn’t know I needed and wanted (a situation where I would be financially secure). I had actually retained another attorney to represent me in a divorce action. I found this attorney to be disorganized, and it was impossible to get he or his office staff to return my phone calls. I typically never write reviews, but have to for him because I think its worth it! My husband went through a hectic divorce and custody battle and we lost hope in ever getting primary custody of his daughter. So I sent him an email, and literally, that evening, he personally called my phone to inquire about our case.
