Last year the bottom fell out of my world when my son made a foolish choice. I was on my way to a paid in advance four-day vacation. I had no idea what to do, turn around and come back? of just make the best of it since it would take me two days to get back home. I called two friends in the legal wor...ld and both referred me to Mr. Bergman. I called him crying my eyes out, he was very compassionate, but also straight forward (and that was what I needed). At first we thought my son would spend seven years in State prison, but after a year of working with Mr. Bergman he was sentenced to five years of probation and time served (4 months in County jail). Mr. Bergman always called me back and answered my questions, if he wasn't able, Angela (who is wonderful) would call or e-mail me with a response. Mr. Bergman was also very straight forward with me and my son and didn't take any of his excuses, he held him accountable for his actions and tried to put him on the right track. I can't praise or thank him enough.

Ben represented our son in a felony case. We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He kept us informed of updates as the case progressed.
