Ben was very helpful with my case. I came to him after an unpleasant divorce which involved a restraint order and then supervised visits. These visits were about to be looked at for the possibility of unsupervised and overnight which I thought would be harmful for my Son. Ben helped me to bring fo...rth the information to my Son's Law guardian and the Judge to establish continued supervised visits. This was a helpfull resolution and I was very greatful for all his hard work and the work of his staff. He and his legal secretary met with me and my Daughter on several occasions to discuss and prepare for my case. He even went out of his way to meet with me after normal office hours to accommodate my work schedule. I would recommend Ben and would work with him again.

Ben is amazing... I was facing some serious felony charges with state prison sentences. I was given a public defender at first who I did not feel any confidence in at all.. I was then referred to Ben, I felt that confidence the first time I was in his office, he was straight forward and extremely kno...wledgeable of every question I had. At the end of it all after the plea was ready to be signed, he approached the judge asking to meet with the DA once more, and was able to get all of my felony charges dropped to misdemeanors.
