I couldn't believe I could have such a huge lack of judgment, but I did and I have had to pay the price for one night of drinking. Jim was a huge help with my DWI case. I walked into his office embarrassed, scared, upset, and mad at myself for what I did. From the moment of meeting Jim he was kind, c...ompassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to me, looked over the situation I got myself into and explained what the next steps were. Luckily I found James Daley via random google search, I was facing several tickets. Failure to stop, broken headlight, and unlicensed driving. He consulted me over the phone and gave me a very good price. I ended up getting all but one of my tickets dismissed and 0 pts on my record. Back in April I was arrested for agrivated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .19! In the state of NY they will go back 25 years now any alcohol related offence and hold it against you. I hired Mr. Daley after my case went unsettled for over 2 years, and my first attorney kept not showing up in court with me, and the Asst.
