Bryn Lovejoy-Grinnell

I had a situation where I was married to an abusive husband. He was abusive to the children and I was scared for their safety. I was a stay at home mom with no job or money of my own. I was terrified. I was referred to Bryn Lovejoy-Grinnel by a family member. I remember going to her office so... scared and not knowing what to do. She was so caring and understanding. She assured me that leaving the situation (which I wanted to do but didn't know how) was the best decision and we would make sure my kids would stay safe. She always explained everything out to me if I didn't understand. If I wasn't sure about a situation or decision she would help me work it out until I was able to make a choice. It wasn't easy by any means but having Bryn as my lawyer, by my side, made me feel strong and confident in my decisions and I can't thank her enough for that. We were able to get the outcome we wanted because of Bryn's dedication and her directing me on what I needed to do. I was terrified that by leaving my ex he would get partial custody of the children and they would be in danger. Now, he has supervised visits 2 days a week and the children are doing amazing. We are all in a better place emotionally and physically and it wouldn't have happened without Bryn.
