Thank god I NEVER had to actually do business with this so called lawyer. This is the most unprofessional and subpar experience I've had. I am embarrassed and disgusted by his unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. He never actually returned my phone call til this day. When asked for a call back..., he instead had his secretary or assistant call to tell me he is working on my documents. I strongly believe he wasn't working on anything. There are way too many options for you to choose this so called lawyer.

I have never dealt with a supposed "professional" as incompetent as Vaughn Lang and his office. If you value your sanity stay as far away from this shyster as you can. My family used him for two separate real estate transactions and the screw ups, unreturned phone calls, lack of any kind of valid st...atus reports, failure to contact buyer's attorney, sloppy errors, incorrect distribution of funds, and misfiling of tax information are just a few of the issues we had to deal with. When my brother and I stopped into his office (because he refused to return our calls), we spied him leaving the office by the back door. I"m now, two years down the road, I'm having to pay tax penalties due to his office's misfiling of tax data.

This greedy, egotistical little runt with a serious Napoleon Complex will do NOTHING for you, but make your home buying / selling experience a terrible one! A roll of the dice will yield better results for counsel. On his website, he talks about how professional and timely he is... COMPLETE BS!!! I h...ad to reschedule all of my furniture and appliance deliveries, as well as my time off work after he told me a closing date and time, then postponed it for a week after HE didn t get his paperwork together in time. He tried to blame it on the other attorney, but I spoke with the other attorney and homeowner, and they had their affairs in order. This was all after giving me two different excuses as to why we could not close on the scheduled date and time. Vaughn is rude, was actually yelling at me over the telephone, refused to tell me exactly what paperwork was causing the delay, and cut me off in the middle of more than a few sentences. He did nothing but cause trouble, and delays in my transaction. I would not wish his services on my worst enemy!
