I don't get the bad reviews. We have used his services for years.
We hired Vaughn several times since 2008. He has always done a great job, they're always there to answer any questions, answers the phone instead of making you leave a message, very reasonable and the list goes on. We've always been happy.

Top Real Estate Lawyer in CNY
Bought two houses. Sold one house (one in 1985, one in 2008), Won't use anyone else for real estate law. Also used him to add my new wife to the deed (he wouldn't even charge me for that). No problems or loose ends. He only does real estate and he knows it very well.
