Down to Earth Honest attorney

I hired Mr. Garofalo strictly based on his reviews and I could not have made a better choice. Being a Canadian resident and dealing with US courts may sometimes pose a challenge and incur mounting legal bills. Mr. Garofalo was very inexpensive and he properly explained the details of how our case could go and he was on the money. He negotiated two violations that would cost my son 8 demerit points and risk losing his licence down to two parking tickets and no points lost. We handled everything over the phone and he saved me lots of travelling expenses. If you are in need of a great lawyer do not hesitate to use Mr. Garofalo especially if you are an out of town offender and need legal representation.

I hired Mr. Garofalo recently for a first-time offense. I was really nervous and kind of scared about the whole process. he was reassuring, down to earth, conscious and fair with his fees. Best possible outcome

Greg helped me out on a DWI charge. I have never been in any sort of trouble ever, so this really made me freak out. Mr. Garofalo listened to me, reassured me, and completely explained the entire process as well as all outcomes. In the end, he was able to get an offer for me of a DWAI - a traffic violation. I’m young and in my last semester of nursing school and Greg understood how important it was for me to not have a criminal charge on my record. Not to mention, he is absolutely the most affordable attorney in the area and I promise you are not sacrificing quality because of that! Would recommend 10000x over, a very genuine guy

Responsive and Understood My Goals

Small business owner in Saratoga

I received a ticket for a expired inspection on my work vehicle. I needed a mechanic for some specialized expensive repairs so needed more time to get the inspection done. Greg helped me get this taken care of with little effort on my part. He was professional and very personal about my situation. I ended up with no fine and no visit except to send in proof of new inspection.

My experience

I live out of state and got a DWI in Saratoga NY. I needed a lawyer to represent me and found Greg . He was prompt in returning my call and answering my questions regarding my situation out of state . He was reasonably priced and helped lower my DWI. I would highly recommended him.
