B.P. called me and explained that she got two felonies - Felony DWI as well as Felony AUO 1st. We had a nice talk and I gave her my price for a retainer fee. I told her it would be difficult to beat ... both felonies but I would try my best. I was surprised that she did not hire me. However, she called me about one month later and she said the closest any other lawyer came to my price was $7,500.00 and my fee was much more reasonable than that. In the end, she plead guilty to two misdemeanors.

OUTCOME: $90,000.00 Settlement

I was introduced to C.S., who was a thoroughbred horse trainer. He made telephone calls to a few lawyers and he said he was in a car crash. The defendant actually died in the accident. However, no o ... ne wanted his case because he had no broken bones. When I met him, I noticed some blood coming out of his scalp in several places and discovered it was from embedded glass in his head. C.S. told me that he did not have a case and he had work to do with his horses. However, I convinced him to let me have a try with his case and maybe get him some money.
