I was involved in a multi-jurisdictional criminal case and Mr. DeLuca was able to resolve the matters with the best outcome imaginable. I would highly recommend him as a defense attorney for any felony, misdemeanor or personal injury proceeding.
I just became his client but he is beyond professional and takes you're worries and issues and makes you feel at ease! He always gets right back to you he isn't that lawyer who never can be reached and he makes you feel that you and you're case is important not just another file on his desk!!! This is invaluable to me!
Andrew DeLuca is an attorney that focuses on the practice of Criminal and Personal Injury Law. He graduated from Albany Law School in 2007 and since that time has sought out the opportunity to become experienced in the skill of Trial Advocacy.

Honest and professional
Hired A. DeLuca in 2019. Beautiful office located in the city of Saratoga.
He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, he told the truth. He stated that it was a difficult case and gave several scenarios and let me choose. He heavily advocated for me and kept me updated on the case after every interaction with the courts and officers. They attempted to "bully" us but Andrew held his ground and called their bluff. He never wavered. He never tried to change the price. I felt like a high priced client with the best legal representation that $ could buy. I have recommended several people to him for very different services.(personal injury, moving violations, divorce) . Keep up the great work Andy!.

What I needed exactly when I needed it...
I've always believed you get what you pay for in life...until I way overspent on supposedly the "best" attorneys. Thankfully I was referred to the Deluca Law Firm. Finally I have an attorney who lives up to his reputation. He was professional, compassionate, attentive, and most importantly he wins. I'll never use another attorney.
