Biography
For over a decade I have been helping good people get through bad sitiluations, be it a frightening criminal charge, a contentious family court case, or fighting for fair compensation in a personal injury matter. Along the way I have established a reputation in the legal community as an honest, effective and fair advocate for my clients.
My knowledge, experience and track record in DWI and Criminal Defense has resulted in multiple invitations to lecture and instruct other practicing attorneys in the art and science of DWI and Criminal Defense.

Drug Case - Sale/Possession - Potential Life Sentence
Possible life sentence resolved with sentence to what was the equivalent of time served, no post-release supervision and client retained his right to appeal.
