My bankruptcy situation was somewhat unique. The loan on my home, zoned for commercial and residential use, was purchased by a strictly commercial lender thus the taxes had to be paid in full rather than monthly which I was used to doing for 14 years. I managed to pay the lump sum for the first 2 yea...rs but was unable to continue the following 2. I was going to lose my house. The only other debt I had incurred was medical but it was sizable.
