Biography
Bernadette Davidson has approximately seventeen years of experience working for matrimonial and general litigation firms in NYC where she represented clients with a variety of matrimonial and family law issues including cases with high net worth, contested custody litigation and a multitude of other family law matters. During this time Ms Davidson also represented employees of several city unions, as well as teachers’ unions in Nassau and Westchester Counties, where she litigated landlord tenant matters, bankruptcy matters, and matrimonial and family law matters.
Ms. Davidson acquired her Bachelor of Science from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York with a dual major that included criminal justice and psychology. While attending Marist college, Ms. Davidson was a legal secretary for a prominent Orange County attorney’s office located in Goshen, New York that predominantly handled criminal and insurance defense matters.
Ms. Davidson attended CUNY School of Law in Flushing New York where she obtained her juris doctorate. While attending law school, Ms. Davidson was employed by the City of New York, Administration for Children’s Services working as a paralegal/investigator for the employment law unit as well as the fatality review panel where she assisted in cases involving severe abuse and neglect of children.
In her spare time, Ms. Davidson is actively involved with animal rescue.
