Raymond Joseph Iaia

Raymond J. Iaia graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1998, and is a meticulous and seasoned litigator. After graduation he and a partner opened a law firm with offices in White Plains and the Bronx, where they focused their practice on representing injured people as well as victims of discrimination in employment.

Discussing a memorable case Raymond recalls, “a mother came to me when her son was injured in their apartment because the landlord failed to make certain repairs. I assumed this would be a relatively straightforward case. The child, however had severe autism and was completely nonverbal. His accident had to be entirely reconstructed from surrounding evidence and the child had no ability to describe his injuries or pain. Eventually, after much work and many hours, we were able to resolve the case and secure a financial settlement for the injured child.”

Raymond has successfully tried cases throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley in both State and Federal Courts. He lives with his wife and four teenage children, and consumes mass quantities of black coffee. When not practicing law Raymond can be found studying New York history or hiking the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas.
