Biography
DAVID STEINBERG (Of Counsel) has been honored as a judge and lawyer with numerous awards for his excellence in a legal career spanning over 40 years. He has argued many criminal and civil appeals in the state’s appellate courts, including the New York Court of Appeals.
A former Dutchess County Chief Assistant Public Defender and chief appeals attorney handling felony appeals, David was a founding member in the Poughkeepsie law firm of Steiman & Steinberg, and has most recently served as principal court attorney for Hon. Lawrence H. Ecker in Westchester and Orange County Supreme Courts where the entire spectrum of civil cases are adjudicated including personal injury and matrimonial cases.
David is married with two children and one granddaughter.
