Mr. Papa was very patient and went well above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to explain to me sometimes more then three times just to ensure I understood what to expect and what could occur as I am not at all savvy with legal jargon. He was always readily available via phone. If I g...ot his voicemail, he would call me late at night or while on vacation even. He cares. This meant quite a lot to me. He took the time to get to know me as a person, not just a client, and lended the "ear" well beyond what most lawyers do. He understood the person he was representing. I couldn't have asked for better representation. Without thought, I highly recommend Mr. Papa. He was wonderful and I am extremely grateful to him for his caring nature, patience and beyond reasonable fees. He is a wonderful attorney. Thank you, Mr. Papa.
