Scott and Robin are just simply amazing lawyers. My mother and I had a tenant landlord dispute where we felt scared and naked and alone but knew we had a case. The retainer was expensive for us on paper but in the long run was absolutely affordable considering the amount of work and care that the legal team provided. We went from owing three months back rent and three months rent penalty plus security deposit to settling out of court for one month plus security. Sounds like a dream but it was real. I would recommend this legal team to anyone because it really really made a huge difference in my life but the amount of money I saved was insignificant to the amount of peace of mind that I gained. My husband and I purchased and closed on a home. We were not able to gain access to this home due to a squatter/licensee staying there. The owners sold this home. The deed, title, etc. were in my name. He changed the locks, did not have a lease, paid no rent or utilities and refused to leave. He filed for an OSC (Order to Show Cause) for more time. It was approved. The second time he filed an OSC the judge finally denied it and the Marshals finally evicted him. Miller and Kahn were there with me every step of the way. They were very professional and went out of their way to help me in any way they can. They submitted all and any paperwork in a timely manner and went to court with me. I was so thankful and appreciative for all they did.
