Home owner 3 family home, had several long term tenants for over 40 years. Never had an issue until I was trying to sell my home. Scott made it clear at all times what was going on what should be expected. What could happen, games plans based on those outcomes. I feel the cost were fair and... just and honestly I felt better giving the money to him then my tenant.
