I had a tenant that lived in my basement for more than a year without paying rent. I could not get rid of him, he used my water my electricity etc ( I live in a privet house) I hired a lawyer, went to court two times unsuccessfully. That lawyer COULD NOT help me to get him out of my basement. ...After the second court was dismissed, I thought that there is no-one that can help me and that my tenant will live with me for the rest of his life.
