Lori Noel Bovee

I could not be happier with Ms Bovees service! For a year prior and 10thousand dollars with a well known attorney I had gotten no where. Lori was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Just two appearances in my case had substantial progress. She invested herself into my case working t...irelessly even on off business hours. No parent ever wants to be in the position where a mutual agreement can not be made but unfortunately it happens more often then not. If you should find yourself in this situation Ms.Bovee is the attorney for you! I never once felt as if my case were a paycheck to her, her personal straight forward approach along with end result of resolution speaks volumes in a situation that is always difficult. I would highly recommend her to any parent that should find themselves in this predicament. I have also used Ms.Bovee in town court. She again proved herself to be an outstanding "shark" disproving untruths after collecting evidence and I ended up with the desired result. I know without her my family's life would be much different and we are very greatly for her and her services. You'll never feel as if you are speaking to an attorney, but a woman who truly cares. She will always be honest with you which is a rarity in the law field. Whatever your legal needs may be this is your attorney!

An unsatisfied person should come to her??!! That's her answer??? How about the dozens and dozens of times I did just that, but COMPLETELY IGNORED me over and over and over. This incompetent, unethical bad person abandoned me the moment my divorce was finalized. Post divorce paperwork that she ...had started months prior (for which I have paid over $1200) was NEVER COMPLETED. Her extreme negligence actually put me in legal jeopardy when I was served with a motion regarding paperwork she received for me to sign but NEVER GAVE ME! THEN, I actually had to edit a QDRO with a typo (about the 8th revision, all of which I paid for) myself and mail it to the court for the judge to sign, MYSELF. Luckily, the court attorney knew the situation quite well and the judge agreed to sign the document and mail it to _me_, (so I could then have it to complete MORE paperwork which Lori never finished) even though Lori Bovee was still listed as representing me. THEN, I came very close to LOSING my portion of the ex's PENSION (!!!) because she had informed me everything for _that_ was taken care of. My dozens of attempts to communicate with her, asking for updates on the progress of all this paperwork, failed. She just ignored me. I am STILL trying to get back my $1200.00 I paid for paperwork that I ended up doing myself since I could not afford to pay ANOTHER attorney to do the work I paid her to do. I've got it all documented, saved all the emails and billing statements. WATCH OUT!!! Will she come back blaming the firm she worked for? NOT ANY KIND OF EXCUSE!!!

I retained Attorney Bovee for a child support modification, which became necessary following domestic violence incidents, my own disability as a result, and my children's increased needs. Lori is professional, proactive and, most importantly, does not suffer fools. Unlike my children's father's att...orney, whose arguments had nothing to do with the legal merits and were squarely aimed at attempting to portray me as paranoid, lazy and gold-digging, Lori focused on the legal arguments of the case and applied appellate decisions which were directly related. Most importantly to me, Lori took my case personally. As one who has seen many people promised the sun, moon and stars by attorneys who then treat them as a number, Lori was invested in my case from the beginning. She is able to go directly to the heart of the matter without needing to "destroy" the other party. She kept the focus on my children's needs and, when the other party refused to settle and hired an attorney, Lori went into overdrive making sure my children would get a fair hearing of the facts in court. She kept the main thing the main thing and her arguments on point. While there were many opportunities for Lori to personally attack the other party, she remained professional and focused. Lori also ensured that my disability accommodations were honored and was sensitive to the needs my disability created, which was incredibly important for my testimony. I have already recommended Lori several times and will continue to do so.
