I could not be happier with Ms Bovees service! For a year prior and 10thousand dollars with a well known attorney I had gotten no where. Lori was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Just two appearances in my case had substantial progress. She invested herself into my case working t...irelessly even on off business hours. No parent ever wants to be in the position where a mutual agreement can not be made but unfortunately it happens more often then not. To provide the incontestable testimony of the promise and unceasing fight Lorie Bovee gives to her clients requires infinite space. 1st time mom and suddenly all alone, barely any money an impossible ex who instantiously discredited me with manipulation all impelled by my mother. Patiently I waited t...o be assigned a PD. & Using the amazing tools from AVVO.com until then to gain direction ondoing things right from wrong, potentially detrimental when judicial opinions can alter everything. Between Sept 1st and Nov before retaining Ms. Bovee, I spoke with 5-10 different lawyers from the capital district, solely looking to protect my innocent child. I needed the BEST. Lori Bovee was the only lawyer who didn't automatically lump me into a "BabyMamaDrama" category. The rest quickly assuming "another heartbroken person trying to use their child to get revenge". No one listened to my story ,or had an interest in "truth". The drive within me focused on what began to seem impossible. Pure intransigent drive, yet some how I remained on the losing side. I knew Lori was the one I wanted. The level of respect, without knowing many details, or both sides of the story, she displayed emphatically her trust in me. Ms. Bovee is a paid lawyer (and worth every single penny) but as a newly single mom in the heart of this struggle I had to try and wait for a PD. I whole heartedly craved the best, being Lori Bovee, but was it money I should spend? FIANLLY appointed a public defender, with my situation becoming progressively uglier and aggressive I needed some hope. Overcome with despondency, I called my newly appointed PD 6 days in row as court was only 10 days away wanting a plan as the other side was coming with the Calgary. I googled this gentleman, curious about his custody case history , if he was going to be an integral man of the law he stands for, if i could be lucky. Within 5 minutes of our only conversation he informed me I had no right to Google him, I had no right to ask him any kind of questions, and that he was not going to continue any kind of conversation with me until after court the first court date. Not only did I go right to Schenectady County PD management to submit a complaint, also withdrawing my need or desire for representation from that person leaving two days to find a lawyer. It was a discernable and luculent decision, and with hours to spare I acquired the most amazing woman I've known to date. Many lawyers have a stigmatic approach, looking to defame or besmirch the other party. None of which is conducive in the small court room discussing parenting time. The tactics used by opposing representation in my case specifically where childish, unethical low blows and blatant attacks on my personal character, how far I've come or the trouble I faced along my path, down to finances I lacked. Things that may be important overall but don't affect an ability to be a great parent. Even the law Guardian decided I was dramatic and lying and didn't spend one day protecting my child. Lori guided me for nine months from Sunday to Saturday anywhere from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Never wavering. Never diminishing my clingyness and obsessive anxiety. After I was granted primary legal custody, I had false CPS allegations with a 60 day open case and when that tactic didn't work the opposing lawyer had her client sign a petition she filled out filing for sole custody once again by belittling me calling me inadequate 3rd time in 7 months. Lori was there for not only me but for my child. I'll never be able to show my thanks. For not using gorilla tactics, or pointing to flaws on the other side, and for always reminding me what the true goal was, which is not hatred or being the 'winner', it's doing the best to cohabitate and always be above reproach in your dealings with the other parent, as the innocent life you created watches listens learns and is shaped by all of it. She taught me so many valuable lessons and will forever be a part of my life HIRE HER

Ms Bovee has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I hired her to handle my family court issues and we all know how stressful that is.
