Ryan Patrick Keleher

Ryan is a litigation attorney who practices complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has tried both jury and non-jury trials, argued at the appellate level and represented clients during mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Ryan routinely represents individuals, corporations, insurance companies, public entities and school districts in a wide range of litigation matters.

Ryan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. He represents clients in a variety of business disputes ranging from breach of contract, business torts, fraud, unjust enrichment, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, defamation, whistleblower claims, partnership dissolution, disability insurance, professional malpractice, enforcement of employment agreements, covenants not to compete and non-disclosure agreements, and ERISA litigation.

In addition to commercial matters, Ryan has vast experience in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product’s liability, construction accidents, labor law, motor vehicle accidents, fire loss, water loss, toxic tort, insurance coverage disputes and mental hygiene proceedings.

Ryan also donates a significant amount of time to pro bono activities, such as prisoner’s rights litigation.
