Great Experience!
David was so helpful during our home buying experience. As first time homeowners we knew very little and constantly had all types of questions! I often felt bad constantly emailing him questions, however he constantly reassured me that it was completely normal and he was happy to answer any questions...

Real Estate Purchase
As a first time home buyer David provided the guidance and expertise required to get me through the entire process. He was realistic with the timeline and always kept me informed on the current status of the purchase. When an issue was encountered David went above and beyond and thought outside the...

Getting wills updated
After attending a seminar on estate settlement, I was very impressed by his knowledge of estates and estate planning. I made an appointment for my wife and I to get our wills updated. David did a great job pointing out our various options. The wills were prepared in a timely manner and we were ver...

Expert guidance when we needed it most.
My father-in-law recently passed away leaving a very outdated will. There was more bureaucratic red tape than we could have ever imagined. Dave expertly guided us though every twist and turn right to the end when the estate was settled. My wife and I were so pleased with Dave's efforts, we had him dr...

Great Decision
My wife and I were both very comfortable from begining to end. He has a vast wealth of knowledge and has a great ability to transfer your wishes into legal documents which protect you going forward.
"I endorse David Kubikian, he is as an excellent Estate Planning/Elder Law Attorney. He is compassionate when dealing with client issues and makes sure the clients needs are taken care of."
"David is a caring and compassionate lawyer who spends time with his clients to make sure they understand the plan he has crafted for them."
"David Kubikian is my go-to attorney for all matters, regardless if simple or complex, related to Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicare and Medicaid. His knowledge on the subject matter is exceptional but more importantly, I refer him because treats clients with the utmost respect and compassion. He’s dedicated to helping clients and making a positive difference in their lives."
"I have known David Kubikian for several years, and I have worked with him on several cases. David is a highly respected elder law attorney. He delivers outstanding service to his clients, and he has substantial expertise and knowledge in the all aspects of elder law. I can and do highly recommend David for elder law, estate planning and special needs planning matters in and around the capital district."
"I would give David my highest recommendation. David is an excellent attorney with white-shoe law firm credentials, but he is a common-sense nuts-and-bolts guy who looks out for his clients. He is the kind of guy you could have a beer with. David does not "over-lawyer" -- he will listen to his client's concerns and use the law to achieve their desired goals. David has a wide birth of experience, but if you have an estate planning issue or a real estate deal you need help with, you could not do better than to get David Kubikian on your team."
