Very down to earth and easy to talk to and we actually felt like he listened to our needs and helped us to put together an estate plan that covers those needs exactly the way we want it to. We have hired David Kubikian to arrange a family trust for us. We hired David for several reasons. He has an undergraduate background in finance, he has a law degree and, as he would tell you, he's a teacher at heart. David is very patient with clients who are not familiar with estate planning. David Kubikian met with my parents and I several times to discuss estate planning. David was very precise, clear and patient with us as we asked questions. Estate planing, wills, etc can be overwhelming or frightening topics to think about and many people procrastinate in these matters. We were referred to David to do a will/trust/POA from someone with whom my father does business. My father had been reluctant, but decided to meet with David. David is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. My father can be difficult but David took his time and answered all of my father's que...stions. Some of the questions were asked several times. He made sure my father understood every aspect. David was always professional and courteous. In the end my father and I were very satisfied.

Dave has been a great asset for a separation and Trust/Will/PoA services. He has always been attentive and took the time to explain the processes in ways that I could understand. The manner in which he conducted himself would be professional but would also make you feel comfortable given the topics o...f discussion were sometimes difficult in nature. I will continue to utilize Dave as a resource in the future.
