Rakesh Joshi is hands down The Best lawyer! I had much experience in the past, dealing with lawyers and none were so great and professional as him. My speeding ticket vanished and now I have a clean sheet, thanks to him! I don't live anywhere in Albany, and choosing a lawyer miles away from home is a...lways risky. The driver of the vehicle I was a passenger in was speeding near Albany and was pulled over. The officer spotted an open bottle of liquor and all three us were taken out of the car and our belongings were searched. I was charged with an open container and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Mr.... Joshi was able to get the possession charge thrown out and the open container was reduced to a parking ticket. I was a student at the time and the charge for Mr. Joshi's services was a complete bargain including the stress that was reduced by maintaining a clean record. This review is long overdue and I am extremely grateful for the way my case was handled. I highly recommend Mr. Joshi and wish I could see him again to thank him.

Rakesh never returned my calls in a timely fashion. He was very rude when returning my calls. Seems to me he only specialized in traffic infractions, because he was not any help for my specific situation. I paid him 5k , and got nothing out of it. I would never recommend him to anyone, even my own... worst enemy!

Trying to find a good attorney is like trying to find a good auto mechanic and we all know about that. But I found a VERY VERY GOOD ATTORNEY in Mr. Joshi. He got my 55/80 speeding ticket dismissed which save me a lot of money as far as insurance hikes because of points and court fees. I wish he had ...a office where I live. I would use his services for all my needs.

My original violation was a 71/55 and the court clerk made a mistake by notifying the DMV that I never responded to the ticket. With that, I needed to get in touch with Rakesh on multiple occasions and he always made himself available. The end result is my violation was reduced to a parking ticket an...d zero points with a fine. I would highly recommend Rakesh.
