Rakesh Niranjan Joshi

The driver of the vehicle I was a passenger in was speeding near Albany and was pulled over. The officer spotted an open bottle of liquor and all three us were taken out of the car and our belongings were searched. I was charged with an open container and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Mr.... Joshi was able to get the possession charge thrown out and the open container was reduced to a parking ticket. I was a student at the time and the charge for Mr. Joshi's services was a complete bargain including the stress that was reduced by maintaining a clean record. This review is long overdue and I am extremely grateful for the way my case was handled. I highly recommend Mr. Joshi and wish I could see him again to thank him.
