My journey was a very long one to say the least. However, working with Rakesh allowed me time to see the light at the end of my darkest tunnel. The driver of the vehicle I was a passenger in was speeding near Albany and was pulled over. The officer spotted an open bottle of liquor and all three us were taken out of the car and our belongings were searched. I was charged with an open container and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Mr.... Joshi was able to get the possession charge thrown out and the open container was reduced to a parking ticket. I was a student at the time and the charge for Mr. Joshi's services was a complete bargain including the stress that was reduced by maintaining a clean record. Proved that the cause of my Driving Misdemeanor was just an (stupid) oversight on my part, and that I rectified the situation as soon as possible. Got my double misdemeanor down to a Non-moving violation. He is very clear, knowledgable, and charming. He uses all of this to make You comfortable, ...and then uses it again to protect You with the Court and Prosecutors. Excellent!
