Outstanding Elder Law Attorney!

My family was in crisis with my dad hospitalized and in need of long term care. Not uncommon it seems, my parents did very little pre-planning and we were now faced with trying to preserve my parents assets while still getting dad the care he needed. Mr. Casserly was a life-saver. He put it all into perspective, outlined the course of action we needed to take and assisted with implementation of the plan. Whats more impressive, is that he did so with kindness, compassion and consideration for our situation and our family needs. His staff is great too. We had terrific experience working with Mr. Casserly and his entire firm in a very troubling time.

Accomplished dedicated professional

Tim and his firm recently navigated our family through a difficult lawsuit during a large real estate transaction. He lead the way with conviction and tenacity. His perseverance kept us out of court leading to the eventual closing of a property that has changed the lives of many. Tim is not just a great lawyer, he is a nice guy who is easy to talk and down to earth.

Excellent Service and Support
