Biography
Tim co-founded Burke & Casserly,P.C. in 1988. Since then he has been helping clients in all areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, elder law and retirement planning. Tim is also a Certified Financial Planner and founding member and President of Arista Investment Advisors, Ltd., a Registered Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has lectured nationally to professionals, corporations and the general public on issues pertaining to the elderly and planning for long term care and has been quoted in the New York Times and Money Magazine.
