Joseph Mariner Gerstenzang

I can't praise Attorney Gerstenzang enough for the way he handled my son's DWI case in NY several years ago. He's knowledgeable, personable, honest, and extremely competent. We're from MA, and I greatly appreciated his ability to communicate by phone, email, and text in a timely manner. Joe guided... us through the entire process in NY, and made a stressful time for us much easier. Fast forward to a few days ago when my son received a letter from the MA RMV stating that his license in MA has been suspended because of the DWI in NY. I contacted Joe again, and within one day he obtained and sent me a document from the court that will be used to clear my son's suspension in MA. I was arrested over the labor day weekend of 2018. On Sunday the 2d of September I received a call back from Joe Gerstenzang whom was obviously taking time away from his Family and holiday weekend. My case began on 31 Aug and came to finality on 18 Nov. I hope I never have to use Joe again except for advise. I placed myself in a bad position but Joe's experience, confidence, counsel and overall bedside manner put myself and my Family at ease. He gave me a confidence that I otherwise did not have. Recommend Joe and the law firm everyday and twice on Sunday.

After blowing a .09 at a DUI checkpoint, I found myself in a precarious legal situation because I had been convicted of DWAI in 2013, just within 5 years of the second arrest. This was beyond what I thought possible since I had a prior conviction, especially when two other DUI lawyers told me my case was relatively hopeless. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me, my case, my job and my life, and will confidently say there is no better lawyer than Joe Gerstenzang if you find yourself with a DUI.

I must say I have never really been the kind of person who gets into trouble but I guess at one point in life we all find ourselves in a position that is out of our character and challenges us. All I can say is an experience that I felt was going to be a nightmare was lightened and secured to a better sense of reality due to Joe and Peter. I don’t think five stars is even close to equivalent to how I would rate them. 10 stars is a better scale.
