Joseph Mariner Gerstenzang

I can't praise Attorney Gerstenzang enough for the way he handled my son's DWI case in NY several years ago. He's knowledgeable, personable, honest, and extremely competent. We're from MA, and I greatly appreciated his ability to communicate by phone, email, and text in a timely manner. Joe guided... us through the entire process in NY, and made a stressful time for us much easier. Fast forward to a few days ago when my son received a letter from the MA RMV stating that his license in MA has been suspended because of the DWI in NY. I was arrested over the labor day weekend of 2018. On Sunday the 2d of September I received a call back from Joe Gerstenzang whom was obviously taking time away from his Family and holiday weekend. Our 19 year old got a DUI (1st) and is not from NY. Attorney Joe Gerstenzang was recommended to us by an attorney in our state. Joe met us at the initial court hearing, guided us through the process, was able to have the charge somewhat reduced, and then proceeded to handle this to the finish where ...our son's license, though now only CONDITIONAL, will be fully reinstated by NY DMV in the near future. Dealing with the court proceedings was tough, but dealing with the NY DMV, especially being from out-of-state, is a herculaean task.
