Fantastic, Responsive for both Buying and Selling our Home

We hired Jami when we bought our house, and then came back to her several years later when we sold our house. I can't recommend Jami enough, and Tracie was so much help as the closing coordinator. They protected us throughout the process by insisting on additions to the contract that we would have ne...ver thought of. They kept us informed throughout the transaction, and even answered emails on the weekend. They communicated with our broker, and made sure we were involved at every decision point. There were some hiccups on the buyer's side of things (that were not the buyers' fault), and Jami and Tracie navigated them expertly without any delays on our end. No one can promise a closing that goes completely without challenges, but I would trust this team to keep us on track as much as is possible in these complicated transactions. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Attorney! First Class all the way

We used Jami for a commercial matter and she handled it with a professionalism and poise I had not experienced with past real estate attorneys or attorneys in general to be honest. I highly recommend her services!
