Excellent Real Estate Attorney

Jami and her team were amazing in helping me and my wife purchase our home. Jami is responsive and knowledgeable. And we are so thankful that we found her. We highly recommend hiring Jami for your real estate transactions. It was a pleasure working with her.

Great job!

Jami and her staff were incredibly responsive, especially in this crazy real estate market. Amazingly, no matter what time a day I had a question, she and / or her staff (usually both) were quick to answer. Even when there were challenges with a section of the deal, she was on it with quick solution...s. Not even once was I (seller) waiting on her for anything to be completed. I can not say enough about her and her team! A big thank you to you and your team, Jami!!!

A Gem of a Real Estate Attorney

Jami is uniquely adept at handling all the multifaceted negotiations that can often derail a real estate transaction. She's pragmatic and persuasive when representing the interests of her clients. As communication and timing is key, Jami will be there to assist you.... even on a Sunday evening. Thr...ee closings down, I look forward to working with Jami again.

Highly recommend!

Jami is a miracle worker! We had an issue arise due to the private road our house is on. We truly feel that if Jami had not been our lawyer, our deal would have fallen through and we would have lost our dream house. She dedicated countless hours to researching the road and getting all necessary paper...work completed and signed for us to move forward with our deal. Jami kept us informed every step of the way and we always felt like her priority. We highly recommend Jami to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell their home!!!!!!!

Our Fiery Debacle.

Having languished for 5 years in an attempt to correct a deed generated by a large, well-funded bureaucracy, we finally connected with Jami and her equally determined paralegal, Larinda. Despite the odds and two years of stalling on the defendant's part, Jami and Larinda forced our antagonist to agr...ee to the needed correction and we finally have a resolution. Determined, responsive (at all hours), and a great communicator, Jami made it happen for us when other attorneys were totally ineffective. Have already recommended her to close friends for their real estate-related needs.
