'The ladies' as I like to call them (Jami, Brittnay, Kelly & Larinda) were more than patient and helpful during our 5 month closing process. What should have been a simple first home buying process turned into a mess due to the bridge in our driveway, that technically is not considered a bridge... Be...cause of underwriting and lack of municipality/NYS DOT specs pertaining to residential (non-easement) "bridges" we had to postpone closing at least half a dozen times! We spoke to other banks to find out if there would be the same issues with them and eventually had to jump to another bank at the very last minute to keep the sellers from opting out of the contract! The ladies had their hands full but still managed to keep us in the loop every step of the way. I'm sure they went above and beyond what was initially included in the attorney fee and yet did not charge any more. I highly recommend hiring Jami and by default receiving exceptional service from an entire team of wonderful attorneys!
