I had a very urgent issue with a lease agreement that I signed but had to cancel due to personal reasons. I contacted Mr Geoffrey T. Mott's office and was able to speak with Mr Mott immediately. He was very professional, kind and asked me all the right questions to get the full picture of my case. I ...forwarded to him my lease agreement and all correspondence I had from the leasing office. He then worked with his staff (Christopher D. Ginelli) to contact the leasing office and try to resolve this issue and cancel the agreement. They had to act fast as the time was running out. They had to send a letter via certified mail, fax and e-mail. They did everything in one day! They were in contact with me all the time, responding to all my emails promptly and keeping me up to date on the progress. I was not only able to cancel the lease agreement but I also got all my money back (first month's rent and security deposit)! And all this happened during COVID -19 when the leasing office was technically closed and it was very hard to get hold of anyone. Thank you Mr Mott and Mr Ginelli for helping me sort out this issue - you are true professionals and I will definitely be reaching out again if I ever need to.

They Firm was so outstanding, helpful, and most of all Polite. Mr. Mott listens to my son bad situation and assisted me and my son in the right direction. He called me every week to see if our situation was improving or my son was doing well. I have met other people who I spoke with at the superm...arket anf they asked me how Mr. Mott was I told them that I will never look anywhere else this man is outstanding he fought for my son case and we won the case.
