I initially contacted Mr. Roches office with great optimism and through the customer contact form via his website and also left a follow up voice message as well. I personally spoke with the attorney after placing a second call, in which I had the opportunity to explain my circumstances. He expresse...d an interest in assisting me during our discussion. During the discussion, he did point out some considerations to further ponder and suggested with that in mind if I still came to the same conclusion, he would further assist me. An estimate was also discussed for his professional services. After further consideration and evaluation, I decided that I still wanted to move forward with his assistance and provided the attorney with credible relevant information via his website we had previously discussed. I also followed up with a call to ensure that his office was in receipt of the information. I sent documents and placed the confirmation call to him on 02/11/21, to date he has not extended the professional courtesy and decency to follow-up via email or return my call. If the attorney was no longer interested in taking on the case, he should have had the decency to state his new position and provide me with an explanation. I have moved on but based on this disappointing encounter with Mr. Roche, it is apparently clear that he does not value nor does he have a healthy respect for the precious commodity we all cherish "time" amongst other flaws revealed during this encounter.
