I had a merchant dispute with a travel agency that i booked a vacation with. After I paid the trip in full the company changed the dates and refused to refund me my money. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and unfortunately, I lost the dispute. The credit card company said that because i... agreed to a nonrefundable trip, I could not get my money back. I knew that this was illegal business practices as the merchant broke the contract then refused to refund me. I contacted Ronald Cook law firm for help. His assistant advised me to send him an email with all details of the case. I sent the email as instructed by his assistant before I spoke to Mr Cook. His office scheduled a call to have a conversation with Mr Cook. I thought that we were going to go over the details of the case based on my email. Before we even talked Mr cook had drafted me a Demand Letter for Refund with all the details from my email. We then spoke on the phone about the letter, and he sent and told me what to do. He said to send the letter to the merchant and the credit card company. The one thing that stood out to me was when he told me "DONT GIVE UP, you have to FIGHT". He gave me confidence I needed and felt he had my back. We only talked on the phone for maybe 30 mins and I left the phone call feeling so good about having the tools to get me results. I followed Mr Cooks instructions and waited. Within 15 days the credit card company re-investigated the dispute and they refunded me all the money. Without that Demand Letter that he drafted for me I would not have had the success in getting my funds back. I can't thank Mr. Cook enough for being so efficient and getting me the results I needed without dragging the situation out. Just be patient, listen and you will Win. On Feb 16th 2022 I found myself in a nightmare due to driving under the influence. Mr. Cook was referred by Amanda Dinsken a civil lawyer recommending is credentials and success for clients. Interview by the probation woman that day and Mr.Vance an interview giving me a light at the end of the tunnel. A total of about $5,000 worth every dollar. I hired him to perform a bankruptcy, he never upheld on promises, and was very rude and disparaging when I inquired if he had followed through on what was previously promised, and strung me along for over 5 months and tried to coerce me in paying him more money when I had already paid him in full(sta...ting to me in email that my account was not up to date) I fired him in November of 2019 and asked him for a full refund, it’s been close to 2 years and he has yet to return funds.

I went to Ron after a bad business issue that my accountant lead me into. He was very helpful and answered all my questions clearly both in person and through email.
