Amazing Estate Attorney!

I sort a consultation with Robert McDermott. He literally restored my faith in humanity. Bob immediately made time to speak with me even though it was well after 5pm. He patiently listened with compassion and care and never rushed me. He reviewed the documents I had and provided clarity, advice and ...offered expert solutions to the very complex set of estate issues I was faced with. His recommended approach is one to be fair, honest and remain effective to avoid costly litigation. I am so appreciative of Bob's expert advice and guidance.

Exemplary and Incomparable Lawyer

Unexpectedly in 2008, I simultaneously encountered devastating life events. I required immediate legal advice and was fortuitously referred to Bob McDermott. Unknowingly, I was faced with: IRS taxes, mortgage/foreclosure, financial ruin and marital issues. My whole world had been turned upside down. ...Blindly, I telephoned Bob. He listened attentively, "made a few phone calls" and ultimately assisted me sight unseen. Purposefully, he guided me to address the," The Top Three Dogs " facing me first. His clarity enabled me to focus and move forward to confront all the issues. Bob is a paramount lawyer and goes way "over-and-above". If he is unfamiliar in a specific area he will unequivocally find the correct answer via his top-level colleagues and specialists. Now that Estate Planning is incorporated into his legal expertise, once again I will be enlisting his trusted services. He is affable, diligent, professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. You can feel confident all legal areas have been comprehensively covered. Not only is Bob a true humanitarian and world class lawyer, he is the BEST lawyer you will encounter bar none.
