Amazing Estate Attorney!

I sort a consultation with Robert McDermott. He literally restored my faith in humanity. Bob immediately made time to speak with me even though it was well after 5pm. He patiently listened with compassion and care and never rushed me. He reviewed the documents I had and provided clarity, advice and ...offered expert solutions to the very complex set of estate issues I was faced with. His recommended approach is one to be fair, honest and remain effective to avoid costly litigation. I am so appreciative of Bob's expert advice and guidance.

Review of will and estate plan

My wife and I spoke with Bob about our will and the status of our finances. It was a friendly relaxing conversation with Bob regaling us with many family stories. He told us we were in good shape with our finances and current will and no changes were necessary. He also gave us advice on estate planni...ng and provided us with material on "pooled trusts".There would be no charge unless we wanted changes made to the will. We were highly satisfied with our meeting.

Great Advocate, Great Guy

Strong and effective litigator. Has handled numerous matters (of varying types) for me over the last 3 years. High level of dedication to my cases. Communicated with me often. VERY fair with billing. Provided honest advice – he will always try to work things out first and avoid unnecessary and expens...ive litigation.
