Eric came recommended and represented us on a home purchase under unusual circumstances. We had an accepted offer on a home in E Northport, NY back in February 2020. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit full force. Eric worked with us and the sellers' attorney to get us closed in April with proper 'social ...distancing' guidelines in place after some delays. The end result was a successful transaction. I'd say that's an ABC situation.

Eric represented my family when it came time to sell my parents’ longtime home on the north shore of Long Island. He apprised me of all the issues, advised me what the ramifications would be of certain of these issues, e.g. obtaining retroactive certificates of occupancy which we lacked, power of at...torney issues, and various other points large and small. But the coup de grace was when, literally the very night before the closing, my elderly father took ill and was hospitalized. Eric came into NYC and went to my father’s hospital room to get power of attorney at our request so the closing could proceed the next day as planned. Thankfully my father’s OK. We would hire Eric again in a second. If you’re involved in a real estate transaction and you don’t hire Eric, you’re crazy! :-)
