The Law Offices of Glenn Busch P.C.  focuses on estate planning and administration, small business planning, and sucession, retirement planning, and federal, state and local income taxation and real estate. He has assisted clients in acquiring and selling businesses and real estate (cooperative apartments, condominiums and town houses) and forming limited liability companies, S-corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships. Mr. Busch uses his business, accounting and tax background in assisting his clients in small business planning and real estate matters. He has also represented clients on various tax matters before Federal, state and local tax officials during audits and appeals.
He has done substantial work in the fields of estate planning and corporate and retirement planning to ensure the succession of family-owned businesses at the lowest tax cost. His work includes structuring and preparation of stockholder, partnership and limited liability operating agreements.
Mr. Busch is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Real Property, Estate, Tax and General Practice Sections of the American Bar Association, the Estate, Tax and Elder Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Mr. Busch received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Concentration in Accounting) from Boston University in 1982, his law degree (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and an advanced law degree-- Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

Prior to opening his own law firm Mr. Busch was associated with the firms of Coopers and Lybrand (now known as Price Waterhouse Coopers) where he worked in the firm’s tax department and the law firms of Walter Constan Alexander and Green (now Alston and Bird) where he worked in the firms tax and corporate departments, Dreyer and Traub where he worked in the firm’s tax and real estate departments and Tenzer and Greenblatt (now Blank Rome) where he worked on the firm's tax, corporate and real estate mattters.
