James Reddy, Lawsuits and disputes Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer's work. I have known Mr. Artura to be a very professional attorney, knowledgable in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and family law, who is aggressive in representing his clients' interests, but open to legal arguments, for example, concerning an equitable interest in a real estate property that was titled in another's name, in a case in which he represented the other side. We worked together in arriving at an outcome that satisfied both our clients' needs, allowing a closing to go through despite my client's claim, and escrowing and partially settling my client's claim out of the proceeds. Since I discontinued my bankruptcy practice due to a busy case load in other areas, I have recommended Mr. Artura to a number of potential clients, after having seen Mr. Artura in bankruptcy court on many occasions. I highly recommend Mr. Artura.
