Great Securities Attorney
As the CEO of a small public company, I needed a lawyer who could understand our complex funding deals in order to renegotiate them. Mr. Basile completely understood our transactions, restructured our debt, and saved the company over $11 million dollars.

Very Helpful and Cost Effective
Started my business about 3 years ago. Went to Mr. Basile last year and he was informative, more like a business advisor but also did the legal work. I didn't know he is also a law professor. Very intuitive and detailed oriented. Great business attorney and advisor.
