Lilia Factor

Lilia Factor, Esq. is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law in New York for over fourteen years. Currently, she is a member of the Environmental Litigation Department at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC in Melville, concentrating on issues of water contamination on Long Island and other communities across the country.  Her goal is to achieve financial compensation and medical attention for clients who have been exposed to environmental hazards in the soil, water and air.  Growing public awareness of these issues and efforts to hold the manufacturers and distributors of dangerous chemicals accountable for the harm they do will hopefully lead to cleaning up our environment and using safer alternatives. 

Ms. Factor is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Suffolk County  and New York State Women’s Bar Associations and various community and business groups, including the HIA-LI (committee co-chair) and the Sierra Club (Energy Chair for Long Island group).
