I am someone who has always had an interest in helping others and in fighting for what I beleive in as well as in fighting for justice. Whether this takes the form of defending someone in a criminal action, in fighting for the vidication of a violation of someone's civil rights, in fighting to preserve our beautiful earth and natural environments, or in litigating commerical transactions and disputes, I will honestly assess the likelihood of success and the value of pursuing litigation. You will always get an honest assessment from me even when it means, and many times it does mean, turning down business.
