When it gets tough... Adam Karhu gets tougher and gets it done!!!!!!

Adam was so on top of trying to get the buyer's bank of my house that was sold in Wantagh, NY to move along after a couple month's delay, making the calls, and emails days on end for weeks so I could buy my new home in NJ... and keeping me updated along the entire journey, giving me the utmost confid...ence and I knew I had a good one in Mr. Karhu! Do not hesitate if you need a Real Estate attorney! He is THE ONE!

The best attorney around!

I used Adam for my closing and he is extremely knowledgeable and will make your experience as seamless as possible. Not only is he professional, but he is kind and patient and will take the time to explain every step and answer any questions you might have. I would recommend him to family and frien...ds.

Excellent Legal Service

Adam Karhu, Esq. was referred to me by my Real Estate agent for the closing on the sale of my house. He was very professional yet very amicable. He helped me every step of the way in the handling of the legal aspect of the sale of my house. His explanations were very clear and he had the patience to ...answer every question I had. Mr. Karhu was always available to answer my calls and my text messages and if I had to leave a voice message, he got back to me in less than 24 hours. He sent the Contract via email and any other documents that were required to review and/or sign and email back. I couldn't have gotten a better attorney to handle my closing and his fee was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. Karhu for Real Estate Closings.

Great Lawyer!

Adam is the best. I have used him twice so far and he will be handling my mother's sale as well. He is always available to answer our questions.

i have used adam for two closings and both times he is by far the most prepared attorney i have ever seen. he is also the smartest guy in the room and always knows the law inside and out. i would never think of using another attorney for my closings.
