professional, patient, easy to speak with and understand, returned calls

i was very nervous about selling a house that was in the family for a long time and Adam made the whole process easy and professional. And he was very patient and returned my calls quickly.

Lawyer for short sale

Adam was my lawyer for a short sale. I have to say this wasn't the first time I sat down at a table for the sale of a house. Anytime a document needed to be updated Adam would get up and make sure it was taken care of asap. I was highly impressed by this and had never seen a lawyer do this before.... I would highly recommend using Adam for any real estate transaction. He seemed very easy going and willing to go out of his way.

Real Estate Closing

Adam and his staff were excellent in assisting me with the closing of my mothers home. Since I reside out of state there were many phone calls and e mails to keep me informed. If I had questions or concerns they were addressed promptly and professionally. I am confident that things went as easily bec...ause of Adam and his great staff! Highly recommend!

Lawyer

Adam Karhu represented us in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. He completely and clearly explained the process of both transactions from the start. When it gets tough... Adam Karhu gets tougher and gets it done!!!!!!

Adam was so on top of trying to get the buyer's bank of my house that was sold in Wantagh, NY to move along after a couple month's delay, making the calls, and emails days on end for weeks so I could buy my new home in NJ... and keeping me updated along the entire journey, giving me the utmost confid...ence and I knew I had a good one in Mr. Karhu! Do not hesitate if you need a Real Estate attorney! He is THE ONE!
